An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), often referred to as ICC, is a mandatory committee established within organizations to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment and discrimination at the workplace. Its primary goal is to create a safe and supportive working environment for all employees. ICCs play a vital role in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all members of the organization. Creating a safe and respectful workplace is essential for the well-being of all employees. When an employee faces any issue, including harassment or discrimination, they can file a complaint with the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC).
